Comparison between Lamb to
the Slaughter, Male
Child and Love
I prefer Lamb to the Slaughter among the stories. It left me in suspense
wondering how Mary Maloney would response to Patrick's break up. I
did no expect her to murder him as she was a caring wife at the
beginning whilst in Male Child and Love I was able to predict what was
going to happen and had no interest reading when I reached some point of the story. If it is not for the sake of obeying Mrs Anu's instructions I would have put the book away. Do your feel the same?
